I would ask her where she learned it then tell her not to use it again and explain why she isn’t allowed to use it, to say sorry to her brother then ground her.

She would be eating some soap and using her toothbrush to scrub the toliet!! Soap for washing her mouth out and the toliet for trying to lie about it.
